SKILL‑BASED COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Skill Requirement: All entrants must correctly answer the skill question displayed at the point of entry before purchasing tickets. Incorrect answers cannot enter. One attempt per person per competition.

Entry Process: Entrants who answer the skill question correctly may purchase tickets for the competition. Entrants who answer incorrectly are not eligible to enter.

Ticket Pricing:The Ticket price will be clearly displayed at the point of entry for each competition. These details form part of the rules for that specific competition.

Competition Details: The prize, prize value, maximum number of tickets, and closing rule (e.g., “until sold out”) will be clearly displayed at the point of entry for each competition. These details form part of the rules for that specific competition.

Closing & Draw: Each competition will close when all tickets have been sold or when the promoter announces the final draw date. The winner will be selected using a random number generator (Google RNG) or another fair and transparent method.

Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted within 48 hours using the details provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

Eligibility: UK residents only. Entrants must be 18+.

Data Protection: Personal data is used solely for administering the competition and will be deleted within 30 days after the competition ends.

Promoter Rights: The promoter may amend or cancel a competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fairness: All competitions are run in accordance with UK skill‑based competition guidance. Only entrants who demonstrate sufficient skill may participate.
